Account data is kept while the account is active. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for security and audit purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

You may request access to your data, correction, or deletion of your account by contacting us, and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We apply database-level access controls and audit logging for sensitive operations. No internet-facing system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
